System upgrades

Sunday, October 13: 10:00 pm - 12:00 am

The casino will be closed from October 13 at 10pm until October 15 at 10am for a systems upgrade.

When the casino re-opens, you will need to have a new card printed and

reestablish your PIN. Your Point and Comp Balances have not changed

and will still be there for you to use. We just need to print you a new card and

there will be stations set-up just for that purpose to minimize inconvenience.

You new Player’s Club Card will now be valid for play at Gold Dust West Reno

and at Sands Regency. Your balances will not change. If you have a Player’s

Club Card at the Sands Regency, the comp balances from both casinos will

now be combined. You can redeem your comps directly at the restaurant

outlets at Gold Dust West Reno and at Sands Regency.
