COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines

In this environment of heightened caution and safety, we want you to know that we have changed the way we look but not the way we feel. We always cared about your health and safety but now we demonstrate our heightened precautions by wearing masks, gloves, and administering temperature checks of employees before the start of their shift on a daily basis. You will see us cleaning games and areas of high traffic with increased frequency-not just our Housekeeping Staff but all of us.  We are increasing the intake of fresh air into the casinos and we have enhanced our filter systems.  You will see additional hand sanitizer stations on the floor and signage posted to remind us all of the importance of adhering to distance requirements and proper handwashing.  We have also installed Plexiglas Barriers in service areas for everyone’s safety and comfort.  We want all of us to be safe AND we want you to have fun while you are here.

As required by Governor Sisolak and the Nevada Gaming Control Board, mask-wearing is mandatory on the property to limit the spread of COVID-19. Please ask us if you need one, as we will provide it for you free of charge. We will adhere to all CDC guidelines which include staying at least six feet apart, frequent handwashing and sanitization, heightened cleaning procedures, and the installation of acrylic separation guards where they are applicable.

We are going to do our best to ensure you enjoy yourself and feel comfortable while you are here so if you need anything just ask us. We remain your House Full of Friends and we will show you that by being responsive to your needs as a guest and your health as a member of our community.  On behalf of all our staff, we look forward to seeing you again and welcoming you back.
